🌟 Getting Started
Simply click the "Invite Elaina" button on our homepage or use our invite link. Make sure you have the "Manage Server" permission in the server you want to add Elaina to.
Elaina requires these permissions to function properly:
- Read/Send Messages - Basic communication
- Manage Messages - For moderation features
- Embed Links - To send rich embeds
- Connect/Speak - For music playback
- Manage Roles - For level rewards
- Moderate Members - For timeout commands
Type "/" in any channel where Elaina has permissions, and you'll see a list of available commands. Select one and fill in the required options. All of Elaina's commands use the modern slash command system!
🎵 Music Features
Elaina supports multiple music sources:
- YouTube (including playlists)
- Spotify (track and playlist links)
- SoundCloud
- Direct MP3/audio URLs
- Search queries (searches YouTube)
Music quality depends on several factors:
- Server region - Choose the closest region to most members
- Your internet connection stability
- Discord's voice server load
- Try changing voice regions if issues persist
Currently, Elaina doesn't have a built-in playlist saving feature. However, you can:
- Use Spotify/YouTube playlist links directly
- Queue multiple songs at once
- Use the loop queue feature to repeat your selection
📊 Leveling System
Elaina's XP system rewards active members:
- Text XP: 1 XP per message (60-second cooldown)
- Voice XP: 1 XP per minute in voice (when not muted/deafened)
- XP rates can be customized by server admins
- Level calculation: √(totalXP / 100)
No, XP is server-specific. Each server maintains its own leveling system to ensure fair competition and allow different servers to have different progression speeds.
Server administrators can set up automatic role rewards:
- Use
/levels roles addto set a role for a specific level - Members automatically receive roles when reaching that level
- Roles are cumulative (you keep lower level roles)
- Perfect for creating progression systems!
🛡️ Moderation
Elaina's automod system helps maintain server safety:
- Spam Detection: Catches rapid message spam
- Bad Words Filter: Blocks inappropriate language
- Customizable actions: warn, mute, kick, or ban

/automod enable
The warning system helps track rule violations:
- Moderators can issue warnings with reasons
- All warnings are logged in the database
- View warnings with
/warnings - Set up automatic punishments at warning thresholds
- DMs are sent to warned users (if possible)
🎟️ Support System
Elaina's ticket system provides private support channels:
- Members click a button to create a private ticket
- Only the member and staff can see the ticket
- Full transcript saved when closed
- Transcripts sent via DM and logged in a channel

Currently, Elaina creates a general ticket system. For multiple categories, you can:
- Use the custom message to explain different topics
- Have staff move tickets to appropriate categories
- More customization options coming soon!

6. Intellectual Property
The Bot, including its code, design, features, and documentation, is protected by copyright laws. "Elaina" and associated branding are property of the Bot's developers. The character Elaina is inspired by "Wandering Witch: The Journey of Elaina" but this Bot is not officially affiliated with the series.
7. Limitation of Liability
THE BOT IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND. IN NO EVENT SHALL THE DEVELOPERS BE LIABLE FOR ANY DAMAGES ARISING FROM THE USE OR INABILITY TO USE THE BOT, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO:
- Loss of data
- Server downtime
- Moderation actions taken using the Bot
- Any indirect or consequential damages
8. Service Availability
We strive to maintain 99.9% uptime but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. The Bot may be temporarily unavailable due to:

- Updates and improvements
- Server issues
- Circumstances beyond our control
9. Termination
We reserve the right to terminate or restrict access to the Bot for any server or user that violates these Terms of Service, without prior notice. Reasons for termination may include:
